Each BW Shelter is manufactured and fully engineered to site specific snow and wind loads. BW GLOBAL can meet the most stringent governmental and municipal codes.

With the ability to produce isometric rendering as well as full engineering drawings, BW GLOBAL’s clients rest assured that they know EXACTLY what they are buying before it is delivered. Whether mounting the BW Shelter onto footings or three runs of pre-cast concrete blocks or to the top of a sea container, our CAD department can produce FREE drawings showing you exactly the dimensions or clearances of your new BW Shelter.

We have a number of different frames available. Our X-Series frames are for clients looking for extra height. Our regular BW Shelter frames are based on the geometries of our BW FREESTANDING Greenhouse.

There are a number of choices of covering you can use for your BW Shelter. For the most cost-effective BW Shelters, clients choose 6mil white or Panda poly depending on the situation. We also offer a 13mil tarp as well as our heavy-duty 23mil tarp for the most demanding situations. Every BW Shelter that comes with a 23mil tarp is a Fire Rated (FR) tarp. Safety is of the highest importance and for the less than 5% difference in the price of the tarp, BW GLOBAL believes that the decision to go with a 23mil FR tarp is an easy one.

Using Atkore’s Gatorshield 50/55, 2000 hour salt spray tested steel makes BW GLOBAL’s structures significantly stronger than many other hot-dipped galvanized structures that can have yield strengths of between 32-34ksi yields. This is in stark comparision to Gatorshield’s 50ksi yields, yields that often push the 72ksi level according to the mill certificates.

Like our BW Greenhouses, BW Shelters only use square and rectangle profiles of steel.
